Technical Services Internship, Marketing Automation - Paid
To be a successful candidate for this internship, you are a self-motivated and focused technical services enthusiast with a passion for cutting edge digital marketing technology. As one of our Technical Services Interns, you will support the Customer Success team through learning and becoming familiar with technical skills relevant to the platforms we activate, train and consult on. These skills include the ability to build html pages and forms, create API’s using common technical languages such as PHP, have a sound understanding of SQL and SQL Queries, in addition to learning scripting languages such as AMPScript, APEX and Jinja. You will gain experience in using tools like Salesforce Marketing Cloud (aka ExactTarget) and Salesforce Pardot that integrate with the largest customer success platform in the world – Salesforce.com (SFDC). You will possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills - a thirst for knowledge, with an eagle eye for detail. You should possess the ability to develop code that solves business challenges as they relate to our client requirements. This is an exciting internship where you will be part of a young vibrant team delivering the right message at the right time to the right person, and in turn helping us transform the landscape of our rapidly growing business.
