As our Technical Services Consultant, Marketing Cloud we offer a unique and challenging role. You will be responsible for enabling customers on applications that help them with data driven marketing across various channels (email, mobile and social marketing). This includes being able to solution architect complex data migration requirements in addition to ensuring data supports multi-channel digital marekting journeys using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
The successful candidate will have experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (ExactTarget) in addition to familiarity with the Salesforce platform. We expect the successful candidate to pass the Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant certification within 4 months of joining our team.
You have proven experience with a technology based company to develop, execute and take ownership of campaign deployments, and support the Customer Success Director in helping to drive more revenues for our customers using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Successful candidates for this position will be self-motivated and detail oriented, technically competent with proven experience developing and implementing effective data-driven marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for developing complex campaigns using AMPScript and SQL using Automation Studio, Journey Builder and CloudPages features of Salesforce Marketing Cloud. As our Technical Services Consultant, Marketing Cloud, you should have a hunger for research and be willing to continuously expand your knowledge on the latest advances in sales & marketing cloud technology.

Customer Success Director, Marketing Cloud
REQUIREMENTS & TASKS
Must be Internally motivated, able to work independently in a team environment with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to produce a technical specification for custom development and systems integration requirements and produce a detailed technical design document to match the solution design specifications
Participate in both internal project meetings and meetings directly with the customer
Manage development designs across multiple projects to meet project and customer required time lines
Proven track record in Cloud technologies and comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization with a rapidly expanding customer base-Experience with Salesforce (and/or other cloud marketing technology) configuration and custom development in advantage
Good knowledge and understanding of Web Service API's for integration purposes
Should have hands on expertise in some of the following technologies: C++Java/J2EE, including SOAP, RESTful, .NET and related technologies (JSON, XML, etc), Database technologies (MySQL, JDBC, SQL, PL/SQL, stored procedures)
A working knowledge of CSS, HTML an advantage

Experience with Google Analytics
