Transitioning for a brighter future
Donations are a big component when it comes to supporting the youth. Donations help maintain innovative programming and create a place where children connected to the foster care system have equal opportunities to those of parented youth. When it came to finding the right platform to support their mission, Aunt Leah’s team knew they had to be diligent in their CRM research and find a platform for managing donations and relationships, fundraising, programs, and reporting.
Aunt Leah’s team started to build their fundraising foundation with Salesforce. However, to reap the benefits of the platform there were a few foundational processes that needed to be laid.

Although Salesforce is not officially terminating their support for Classic, Aunt Leah’s has identified the benefits to switch to Lightning and chose Bubblebox as their Salesforce consulting partner.

The source of Aunt Leah’s donations range from online donations to events to grant submissions, and are made by new and long-term donors. With the Salesforce reporting tool, Aunt Leah’s team can now gain valuable insights on donors, track and measure impact in real time, and plan to boost retention.

Migrating to Salesforce Lightning comes with many advantages, including better data entry and visual reporting. However, with change comes adjustments and a learning curve. Along with the Lightning migration, we held training sessions to walk the Aunt Leah’s team through the various changes and reporting to maximize their investment.
